We will be showing all of the Scotland Six Nations matches in the Bar! We have plenty of space for standing and for walk-ins. If you wish to reserve a table, follow the booking info or give us a call!

Situated on the eighth floor of the Port of Leith Distillery, the Distillery Bar is a premium new-wave Whisky Bar and Scottish food & drink destination.

With stunning views of Edinburgh, Leith and the Firth of Forth, the 300-bottle double-height back bar is intended to invite discovery at the sheer wonder and variety of global whisky alchemy.

With a critically acclaimed seasonal inspired food menu, Head Chef Patrick and his team combine classic and modern techniques, championing the best of Scotland’s farmers and produce.

We look forward to welcoming you in for a dram.

Our Kitchen closes at 9:30pm Tuesday - Saturday and 7:30pm Sunday - Monday.
Our Bar Snacks menu runs all night.

We find the thought of hanging out in our whisky distillery to be pretty exciting and we thought others would too. We’ve created a number of spaces within the building that you can hire out for corporate meetings, birthday parties, weddings, private tastings or high-level secret discussions.

We're showing all Scotland matches this Six Nations and what better way to enjoy the rugby than a Pie & a Pint! Our home-made Steak Pies twinned with a crisp pint from Pilot is the perfect half-time snack for £10. Pop into the bar to watch the games and enjoy. No reservation needed. Leith Whisky Club is a regular social gathering held at the Port of Leith Distillery Bar. We are delighted to welcome Dràm Mòr for this instalment of Leith Whisky Club! Dràm Mòr is an independent spirits bottler established in 2019 by husband and wife team Kenny and Viktorija Macdonald. This couple are masters in the art of whisky tastings as they are the co-founders of the Mòr Whisky Club held at Oran Mòr, Glasgow. Kenny & Viktorija use their whisky expertise to source exceptional casks and spirits for bottling. In recent years, they have expanded their portfolio to include specially selected rums and Armagnac. Dràm Mòr means 'Big Whisky' in Scottish Gaelic so this is guaranteed to be a cracking Whisky Club! Drams for the tasting to be announced soon.

All good. Emery provided a very informative guided tour of the distillery . Staff were friendly and food and drinks were great value for money . Only down side for us was that the surrounding area is like a building site. Look forward to returning in 5 years to hopefully a more pleasant outlook

Excellent service and food lovely though a small menu. Every detail thought of. Fantastic views as you're so high. We had cocktails but lots of options for drinking. Note not great if you have vertigo as windows to the floor.

Enjoyed the tour of the Distillery - Leo our tour guide was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We had a delicious dinner. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our dinner here. We came on a six nations match day and had the pie and pint. The pie was amazing. We also had chips and that carrots. Had some great drinks the gimlet was amazing. Regret not ordering off the main menu because the food other tables had looked incredible. Gorgeous views and a really lovely place. Hope to come back and do the tour. Only decided to go as we randomly saw an Instagram post whilst trying to decide where to go for tea and glad we did.

Lovely friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Food very good and small issue dealt with professionally and politely. Extensive drinks menu with good food choices to suit all tastes. Well worth a visit to take in the fabulous views, great food and drinks.

Food was excellent and the setting at the top of the building provided amazing views. The scallops were amazing as was the smoked haddock scotch egg. Service was excellent and our group would definitely recommend it.
