   Service was very attentive and extremely courteous, plus knowledgeable. The food was very nice, well presented and tasty. Would definitely recommend it.

   Although this wasn’t my first visit, I had never been to the upstairs part of the restaurant. Our table, appreciated the deco, the quieter surroundings, the ambience and space. The staff made us feel welcome and were very obliging. Their friendly and helpful manner put us at ease adding to the overall experience. Phoebe and another (sorry I didn’t catch her name) served us, and answered our questions about the menu and upcoming functions at Ponti’s. My next visit will definitely incorporate a meal and entertainment too, based on this visit.

   We won’t be coming back here! We asked for a medium / well done steak and well done steak. They both came the exact same way- rare We had cut one up to see if it was just a little area but it was bloody and cold all the way through. Because we had cut it up we felt embarrassed to send it back so we just ate it but it was nowhere near an enjoyable steak meal that are priced just short of £40 each. They also charge £4.10 for a small bottle of coke. Won’t be returning, feels like we were basically forced to eat how they felt our steak should be and totally ripped off on drinks. Looks nice and the waitress was friendly but the food and drinks price are very off putting

   We had a warm and friendly welcome we were shown to our table immediately. We were given time to view the menu then ordered. The food and service as very good, we will be returning in the near future

   Service was warm, welcoming and pleasant. The food was awesome and the staff spot on, made our afternoon a truly memorable experience.

   Food was fantastic we really enjoyed it. The service was fantastic really friendly atmosphere and very polite staff. It was a really good experience.

   Very welcoming restaurant, lovely atmosphere and attentive, very polite staff. Food is fresh and delicious. Ive been a few times and cant fault it! Would highly recommend you pay it a visit!

    One of the best dining experiences I’ve had, the staff were unbelievably friendly, food was prompt and perfect. Yes it is a little more on the expensive side but the value is certainly there with the overall experience and I cannot wait for my next visit
