Two-storey wine parlour with a rotating list of 70 sparkling and still wines alongside sharing plates inspired by world travel. Find your next prosecco or explore the weird and wonderful world of sparkling.

'A safe place to explore the unusual' Financial Times

Run by wine importer and events company Grays and Feather, the parlour is split over two very different floors including outdoor seating, with a focus on exploring wine production and flavour and pushing understanding further. The well known and greatest hits sit alongside the road less travelled.

Our reservation was dealt with swiftly and we were taken to our table with a friendly and welcoming member of staff. The atmosphere was welcoming and all the staff were very helpful and amicable, suggesting wines and menu items. The lack of hot beverages were supplanted with an Espresso Martini- Bliss. We loved our pre-theatre time so much, we returned after the show and indulged in another ... yes, another Espresso Martini or 2. Thank you all at Plume. Will happily return.

Loved this quirky little wine bar 2 mins from centre of Covent Garden. Booking is definitely recommended. Had some rose fizz and an All board cheese and meats board, was lovely! Will definitely be back!

A great night. They were very busy as you would expect in the lead up to Christmas but this did not affect the service and in fact added to the atmosphere. The owner was very busy but still found the time to stop and chat with us. The food and choice of wine was excellent. A great night and we will definitely be back when we are next in London.

We had a lovely time at plume- yevtte was very kind and chatty with us about the wine selection, a great evening and would recommend to anyone!

Food was great but unfortunately on this occasion the service was poor. The manager was open to our feedback which was great to see. I will return as I’m sure they can improve on service with the right training.
