We went for Valentine's Day and it was a nightmare. We had a 8pm reservation and we were not seated until 9:30pm. They overbooked the restaurant and many people just left. The management set the hostess and waiters up to fail. They were very nice , but overwhelmed by the amount of people and the fact that the food was taking so long to come out. Once we were seated it took most of our food very long to come out. We were still waiting for our main dish at 11pm. The couple next to us had a 7:30pm reservation and was also waiting for their main dish. One of our main dishes was udon noodles which they apparently ran out of, but did not notify us. They replaced it with penne pasta and intended to charge $26 dollars for it. By the time we got our final dish it was about 11:15pm and it was not good. We did have two dishes we enjoyed, the dragon roll and poke bowl. They were very well seasoned and creative. Unfortunately, all the other problems make it so we may never try this restaurant again. They truly ruined our holiday and the plans we had after dinner. I think the worse part is that we were there many hours and received no comment from the manager. Management truly didn't seem to be supporting the staff. Shout out to the hostess who was by herself trying her best to manage the crowd and our waiter Anthony who was kind and also trying his best.

The restaurant was overbooked reservations for 7 they didn’t try to seat us until 838. Ask the host could we do reservations for the next day they host agreed went the next day the host never reschedule it and was very rude about it

Did their Valentines dinner, which had a fixed price and menu. Food was excellent. They oversold their tables, however, and we were lucky to have gotten an early reservation. Many people waited a while to be seated.

Loved the beautiful and creative presentation. Each dish was exploding with flavor. Will definitely come back!

I never want to write a bad review, so don’t want to make it seem bad, because food is always good, but the past two times i’ve gone to this location the service has not been great. Slow, not really attentive and some things we ordered were forgotten.

We always enjoy Planta. The food is creative and tasty. The vibe is really good and the location is perfect. The only challenge we ever find is that the service is inconsistent. We're pretty sure it's the waitress forgot about us for a while.

Really good Vegan spot. Felt like they were trying to rush us out at the end even though there were plenty of tables available. Overall friendly though. Great date spot.
