Excellent, friendly customer service. Great location overlooking Gunnamatta Bay. The decor is beautiful. It is a fair weather location, but when the heavy rain came in the staff were very quick to relocate us inside and pull down the blinds so we could continue dining. A special thanks to the manager who was very accomodating of my brother’s wheelchair needs. I have been twice and both times were great. Love the food. Will be back in January.

The venue location is great, the staff were friendly and efficient. Very limited for choice for a main meal.

The food & service was amazing. The decor is absolutely beautiful. What a great new restaurant in the area, just what was needed.

Such a great location and the staff are friendly and trying their best but the menu and food quality is a real disappointment There is a real lack of fresh seafood and healthy food. Why is there only deep fried fish in batter? There should be grilled fish & healthy salads. It will be busy because of the location but you wouldn’t go there for the food.

Our party of 4 were left feeling very underwhelmed by our recent dining experience for lunch at Pippis. Poor & rushed service and apart from the Pizza that our friends ordered servings were very minimal and poor value for money. Ridiculously tiny Entrees of Calamari Fritti, Kingfish Crudo and main of Lamb Ragu Pasta being both quite bland and a small serving. Also Fish & Chips that was average at best. Our booking was for 2.00pm, by 3.15 we were told it was the last chance to order coffees for the day and that we would have to be out of the restaurant by 4.00. On the dot of 4.00 we were forced to finish our wines and leave. The only positives from the day were the location on Gunnamatta Bay and BYO Wine and Beer. But the BYO is only in place until their Liquor Licence is granted. I live in the Shire and will not be returning to Pippis in the future

Firstly, all staff were fantastic. Welcoming and friendly especially Phoebe our waitress. Despite it being a ridiculously hot day, we were kept well hydrated and lots of ice and water. The food was pretty good, not quite as good as expected being the Grounds group. The most disappointing dish ordered was the medley of tomatoes!!!! This usually involves different varieties with a nice dressing not a few halved grape tomatoes(maybe half a punnet) in a very small bowl for $15. Overall, a great place to sit and chill with a glass of wine and a few nice nibbles.

Great place by the water, BYO which makes it so much cheaper for now and service is good, Staff very friendly. Wish there were more options for food, however the food is delicious. Look forward to going again soon.

Decor and ambiance is wonderful. So well done. Definitely need a lot more fans on a hot day. It was incredible hot and stuffy! Would be much nicer on a cooler day. The lounges are fabulous. Food was okay. Our waitress was lovely. Unfortunately the best views were taken up by a kids play area.
