As you step into the charming brick building, you're greeted by the words "OPEN SESAME," welcoming you into the Home of the Original Sesame Seed Crust Pizza, pioneered by Pietro himself in 1976. Indulge in a dining experience within one of three uniquely distinct atmospheres. Choose from our retro-style front dining room, the exposed brick of the main dining area featuring beautiful artwork, or the serene whimsical outdoor patio adorned with red and white hanging umbrellas, lush palm trees, and vibrant red planters filled with gorgeous plants, and outdoor personal igloos, creating a private party space offering an enchanting experience.

    ⏰ Time Slot Guidelines: Each igloo reservation is designed to ensure efficient turnover and accommodate all our guests: Parties of 2-3 guests: 1.5-hour maximum time slot. Parties of 4 or more guests: 2-hour maximum time slot. 🌟 Weekend Minimum: From Fridays to Sundays, 4 PM to close, there is a $200 minimum for dining. This policy helps us meet high demand and maintain a premium experience for all. We appreciate your understanding! ✨ Intimate Yet Spacious: Our cozy igloos provide the perfect ambiance for your group, comfortably seating 8 to 10 guests.

    Amazing experience! I took my boyfriend here for his 30th birthday last night and booked an igloo, not knowing exactly what to expect since I had only discovered this place through TikTok’s glowing reviews. From the moment we arrived, the aesthetic gave off major Little Italy vibes—charming, cozy, and rustic, which is exactly our style. Not to mention we were greeted with smiling faces when we first walked it! Everyone was so nice, and friendly which made it so welcoming off the bat. The igloo itself was incredible—beautifully lit, spacious enough to fit up to 10 people, and provided the perfect level of privacy. Our server was exceptionally attentive and sweet, making the experience even more special. And the food? Absolutely out of this world! The portions were huge, and every bite was delicious. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back

    From the moment we stepped into our private igloo, we were blown away! The ambiance was magical, the heaters kept us cozy even on a chilly night, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Our server was attentive, the food came out perfectly timed, and every dish was delicious. The portions were HUGE—we had so much leftover that we enjoyed a delicious lunch the next day! It truly felt like a special, one-of-a-kind dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!

    Love the igloo experience however, today was unseasonably hot and sunny. There is no screen for shade and half our table was blinded and sweating. We would have stayed longer for dessert since we were celebrating 2 birthdays, but it was too uncomfortable. Definitely book the igloos for nighttime, as they are lit up beautifully with decorations. We will come again just a different time of day!

The unseasonably warm weather definitely made things tricky, but just as a note for the future, the windows and doors can stay open for airflow, and we also have an air conditioning unit inside. As for the sun, we typically suggest bringing sunglasses for those extra bright days. We’d love to have you back for a nighttime visit when the igloos are beautifully lit up. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

    Dining in the outdoor igloo was a fun experience but some of my group were uncomfortable as it was a chilly night and the heater kept shutting off. Also, the acoustics in the igloo with little ones distracted from the experience. As far as food, we enjoyed the fried calamari and fried capellini apps, however, I did not enjoy the eggplant that I ordered it was drowning I sauce and had no mozzarella on the outside …. It didn’t appear rolatini and the eggplant was overdone. My husband who ordered the chicken parm said that the chicken cutlet was very dry. Our friend liked her pasta with broccoli rabe dish and the little ones enjoyed the pizza and fries, but as I mentioned the acoustics in the igloo with small children and in general is not good - I still have a headache the day after. On the positive side, service was very attentive and prompt.

We appreciate your feedback on the heater and will look into any issues to ensure they stay consistent for a more comfortable experience. As for the acoustics, while there’s not much we can do about the way sound carries in the igloos, some guests actually find it fun how the sound bounces—it can feel like someone is talking right behind you! That said, we totally understand how kids can add to the noise level, and for your next visit, you might want to consider booking two igloos—one for the kids and one for the adults—for a more relaxing dining experience! Regarding the eggplant, our we can always add meltzed mozzarella to it for your future visits! Just be sure to let us know! Thank you!

    Felt a bit rushed. Brought food before we finished apps and no time to relax between ordering and eating. Food was ok nothing stood out.
