He comido varias veces en este restaurante. Esta vez me ha decepcionado. No tanto la comida como la lentitud en el servicio. tardaron una hora en traer los primeros; una pizza y un frito mixto. Otros 40 minutos en traer una pizza y una ensalada Cesar. Por cierto que en mi vida había visto una ensalada mixta más raquítica, ni con cogollos de lechuga, en lugar de iceberg. Me pareció muy caro, en proporción a otras veces. El aire acondicionado fuertísimo dentro del local, a pesar de pedirles que lo bajasen, y las mesas de la terraza fueron atendidas con gran preferencia sobre las de interior. Una pena, porque lo tengo muy cerca de casa, pero no volveré.

Except for the woman at the front of the house the staff was rude and unhelpful. They were out of most of the main dishes, including bread. Our waitress said it was because of Christmas (we were there 5 days later). I ordered a bottle of wine and the waitress told me “it was very expensive”, insinuating it was out of my price range (the bottle was approximately $115 USD). This was highly offensive to me. Not worth the time or money. All of the dishes were average at best.

It was our last night in London so perhaps our hopes were too high but the experience really left a lot to be desired. The first bottle of wine we ordered was out of stock. The second took more than 10 minutes to locate. My wife’s fish was so overcooked it was inedible. My pasta had two small (1”) strands of another type of pasta in the bowl - not alarming but it spoke to the attention to detail that was being delivered. My teenage son said that he would be pleased if he could make an entree like he receives…but that he was pretty sure he could (and he is not an aspiring chef). Our salt shaker (which was needed) was empty and the second shaker we used ran out of salt as well. We shared our concern with our server but my wife’s (uneaten) entree was not removed from the bill so I spoke with the manager who did remove it along with the service charge which I appreciated…but it wasn’t our server’s fault. The restaurant is located in such a beautiful area and while very crowded within, it really is a nice internal setting as well. Overall, it was just far too expensive for what we got. You can find better in this amazing city.

Service was sketchy , slow at best . Food was verging on inedible, moreover, the risotto was returned . Our early new years lunch was almost ruined . We usually never leave without pudding . The manager was least bothered . Disappointing at best ! More details can be provided .

Took ages to get our food, each of our dishes came out at sporadic times leaving some of us waiting far too long resulting in the food of those who waited getting cold. Not only was this the case, but two of our dishes were totally wrong leading to an even further delay. Then, when we could finally eat, the quality of food was average if I was being kind, really not good. Service poor, atmosphere poor, food mediocre.
