We want to Welcome you to the Phoenix Bourbon Room. We offer a
blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, perfect for a relaxed evening after
exploring the city. The low lighting and wooden accents create a cozy atmosphere that
invites you to unwind. Our food speaks for itself when we say there are no wrong choices. We smoke our brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and meat loaf in house. We take pride in our meats and how we prepare them.

Our Bourbon Selection is one of the Largest in the state. We offer hard-to-get bourbons, whiskies, and scotches.

Every Saturday from 5pm-8pm we offer Bourbon tastings free of charge for all our guests eating in our restaurant. We fly out reps to educate and allow our guests to taste sought after and even rare liquor from some of the world's most popular companies. Some include Sazerac Pappy Van Winkle, Whistle pig, Angels Envy, Macallan, Glenlivet, Elijah Craige, Uncle Nearest, and so much more!

The food was delicious. The chef uses reputable products. We had appetizers and they were amazing. Deviled eggs, Rub dried ribs, French fries with gravy and pork. Great place to watch sports. I will definitely return. Great prices for value. You won’t be disappointed. I am a true foodie. Great beer selections on tap.

Disappointing Experience I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my visit was incredibly disappointing. When we arrived, there was no host to greet or seat us, leaving us standing awkwardly at the entrance for several minutes. Once we finally went to the bar to speak to someone, we were seated at a table. We noticed the menu was different from what was advertised online, which was frustrating since we had chosen this spot based on having prime rib. To make matters worse, no one came to serve us at the table. We waited for quite a while but never received any attention from the staff. Though the only other table had someone attending to them multiple times. Eventually, we gave up and left. It’s unfortunate because we were excited to try this place, but the lack of organization and service was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone until they improve their customer service.

We came in to celebrate our elopment. We had a large group which they accommodated for. We sat outside patio and they had a heater above that gave comfortable temperature. The food was good, but when we asked for ranch, we had not been told that we would be charged for it, and got 4, later to learn that we would be charged 2$ for it. The issue was not paying for it, but that we were not told we would be charged for it. And when asked about it later, was brushed off. We also felt forgotten, large gaps between the server coming to check in on us, and my husband received his drink at the end of his meal when she was doing refills and he had to ask for it again. Normally being busy it's understandable, but there was hardly anyone in the restaurant when we were there.

Didn’t originally plan to go here, but so glad we did! It was an excellent meal after a long week. Service was fantastic and the steak was perfect!

We stopped at the Bourbon Room for dinner before the Nutcracker. It was an easy walk from parking and back to Symphony Hall. The service was terrific! The food was good. I had the salmon, which was very tasty and cooked to temperature. My husband enjoyed the brisket and cornbread.

Went there with our team of 12 following closing night of a conference. We requested outside and it was very comfortable. Great menu selection - something for everyone. All thoroughly enjoyed themselves although the staff could have been a bit more attentive. Not bad, just not what I would have preferred.

I’m glad we had a reservation. They had bar options as well for those that were coming from the show. The service was amazing. The food was so good. We did the fried ribs appetizer and then the rodeo burger and fries. I would definitely go back again. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

Service was great and the food was amazing. I had a special request that meant a lot to me in which the manager was able to help me with. Our waitress was very attentive and overall service was great. I highly recommend will definitely be coming back again.

Service was extremely slow Even though the place was not busy. The food came out slow then the staff looked annoyed we were there after close when our food didn’t come out for 40min. We wanted 2 bourbons that were unavailable- when it’s a bourbon based bar. Overall it was mediocre and not a place we’d return
