   They said the waiting list on OpenTable was different than the waiting list there and we would have to wait until a spot opened, we ended up going somewhere else, kind of defeats the purpose of a reservation no?

   We never actually got to sit. We got there 10 minutes before our reservation and they told us they were behind. I wasn’t worried it’s a busy day it’s no big deal. They said they would text us when our table was ready and we sat there for an hour after our reservation time before leaving and going somewhere else. We never got a text after waiting for over and hour and driving 45 minutes to the restaurant.

   Food was very good and our server was excellent. We had lettuce wraps, Mongolian, beef, and Kung Pao brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts were delicious !

   Food wasn’t bad for a chain food restaurant. Service was as well as expected for a Christmas Eve.

   Appetizer wasn’t hot, waitress misunderstood we wanted to split our entree and fried rice and we got 2 entrees and 2 rice, broccoli was too hard, our bill was $95 for 2 with our drinks, not a $95 dinner for sure. Very disappointed this visit.

   I am sorry to write this review but the quality of the ingredients have took a nose dive. For example. the brown rice was now made with less brown rice and more of the long grain rice, the lettuce wrap came with Romain lettuce rather than iceberg lettuce etc… I am sure these changes were necessary due to rising costs and PF Chang no longer represents a compelling value for what it serves.
