Went for lunch and it ended up take over 1.5 hours. The table next to us came in a good 15 min after us and ended up getting their entire meal at least 30 mins before we even had our appetizers (they ordered the lunch special as well). We finally received our appetizers but the hot and sour soup was cold, as if it had been sitting for awhile. At least 20 mins later, when we asked the waiter where our entrees where, he said that they hold the entrées until the appetizers are done. We said that doesn't make sense because of the table next to us and all the other tables around us that had come in after us but received all thier food at once. The manager came over and said she would check on our meal, came back and said it's coming out now. We dis get the meal comped but we still would have liked to not be "those people" even though we were nice about the whole situation. We won't be back to this location.

Nice wait staff with super slow service. The food was just average Took forever for the food to come out. I was finally given a refill at the end of the meal. The menu seems limited.

The restaurant was dirty and dusty. Blinding spot lights over our table. Certainly not the fine dining of years ago.

Worst food we've ever had at a PF Changs. Quality and portion has really dropped. Very sad as used to be one of our favorite spots.

Don't miss the new menu....what a great deal! For 20 bucks you get the real thing, from Appetizer to entrees to sides with the best selections for anyone. Vegetarian, meat lovers, chinese favorites you will find it hard to select your choice and you will have to come back and try again. Guarantee you'll be taking to go boxes home so you don't waste a bite of this delicious, epicurian delight. And did I mention how delightful the service was?

Our family dines here about 4-5 times a year and usually the service is very good. This past Sunday was quite different and it was a relatively slow night. After ordering, it took quite awhile for our food to arrive. Then, our waitress completely disappeared! Had to track down a manager and still the follow up was slow! Finally after paying our bill, we left through the side entrance and saw our waitress and the manager outside talking with one another?! As we walked by, my wife mentioned to them that the service wasn’t good and the manager apologized. Very bizarre…

Great experience. Our server was wonderful. Maria kept checking in on us, and everything was timely as well as delish. We enjoyed our food tremendously and look forward to returning soon.

We ordered the chef’s menu. $20 a person and three courses. What a great bang for your buck. We had a mistake in our order and they made sure it was fixed and they were outstanding. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

Three of us took advantage of the $19.95/person special. There were enough choices to make each of us happy; except for just one appetizer for the table, we each got to choose our own soup/salad and our own entree, which was served family style, so we all shared. The food was very good, though the Mongolian beef a bit tough. Dessert trio was only $5 extra and looked very tasty, but we passed because we were full and already taking home leftovers. Service was friendly and prompt. We dined early so it was quiet enough for conversation. Good experience.
