The 2 hostesses never smiled or welcomed us. We ended up waiting for at least 10-15 minutes before anyone came to our table. Then, JJ arrived at our table, happy, willing and very able. She was the only highlight about our dinner.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences. Had a reservation at 7:30, was promptly sat, server came by to take drink/ app order and didn’t see him again for 45+ min. Had to go to hostess stand to get a manager to bring us our drinks and take our food order. Then our meals didn’t come out, so I had to see the manager again. While they did comp our food, it was crazy that our dinner was that messed up. Food was good as usual, but probably won’t revisit this particular location.

We never got our appetizer after waiting for a long time. Waiter had said it would be awhile since they were very crowded. But we were surprised when our main course suddenly appeared. Food was warm at best. We assumed it was sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up. So all in all it was a disappointing experience,

The food was good except for my Mongolian beef, which was very tough! The service was good and so was our server!

Ordered the feast and it was good. Only problem is that the computer would not take my $15 reward. The restaurant made good on it.

Poor service! Over charged, waiter totally miss one person’s order. Had to call in the manager to straighten out the bill!
