No spring rolls were available because corporate determined they didn’t taste good? It’s been a staple for over 25-years, so that didn’t make any sense. Otherwise, great food in a cold environment. This restaurant needs to figure out how to keep the cold outside when people enter/exit. It was freezing as we were within 20-feet of the entrance.

Our servers were very attentive, our food was presented quite nicely and we had a delightful experience...will be back!!

No sense in making a reservation! Restaurant was half empty. We arrived at our reservation time and were told we would have to wait 15 minutes. The hostess, of which there were 3 seemed to lounge on the stand they were standing at. One hostess had a long pony tail that was draped across the stand as she lounged there. We were seated and waited another 6 minutes. Waitress arrived and said she didn’t see us there! We were at a table in the middle of a half empty restaurant. Food appetizers arrived and were good. Main courses arrived and were not even warm.

Birthday lunch for a good friend. We both love Chang's & the luncheon specials you now have are interesting. I opted for the Orange Chicken, brown rice & side salad with Mango Iced Tea. A great choice on everything. The salad was delicious with the ginger dressing but the meals came out so quickly I didn't have the chance to finish it before the main meal arrived. My birthday companion opted for the pork egg roll, white rice & orange chicken. Rather than bring the egg roll as the appetizer that it was, it was put on the main plate & served all at once. That was rather strange, we thought. The birthday dessert of chocolate mousse was absolutely mouth watering! Served with ice cream & raspberry sauce, it certainly topped off a great meal deliciously.

We did not stay! Our reservation was for 6:45. When we arrived we were told we were checked in. After hearing one customer being told they were running 30-45 min. behind on reservations, we asked about ours and were told the same thing. Gave the excuse that they were backed up in the kitchen. Several empty tables. We left and so did others. Poor management.

Made a reservation for 6:15, got their early and then had to leave at 6:40 as we still hadn’t been seated and I overheard the manager telling other customers the kitchen was backed up. That doesn’t work when dining with small children.

Love celebrating birthdays here or just going for any reason. Always friendly service & delicious food, a wonderful combination. Celebrating our niece's birthday today, we started with the lettuce wraps. Loved the new smaller lettuce, much easier to load up. The new sauce for this dish is delicious! Kung Pao Chicken is always delicious & today was no exception. Our niece had the Kung Pao Beef which she thoroughly enjoyed. The mango iced tea is refreshing & the hot & sour soup right on time. The birthday dessert was a chocolate fudge mousse circle of deliciousness. A great way to enjoy a meal!!
