NYE reservation for 7pm for 3 people. Arrived at 6:55 and checked. Told to wait a few minutes. At 7:15 went to check and they said still on 6:30 reservations but hopefully by 7:30 We would be sat. They did not tell us that at check in. Finally seated just before 8pm. Gave drink and app orders. Server was nice but stretched. Forgot one of the drinks. Apps came quickly and chicken lettuce wraps and crab wontons were delish. Good orders were taken and ordered soft drink after cocktail and didn’t come until end of meal and other waters and drinks were not refilled until most of meal was finished. Entrees came in a fair time and the mains were good and fresh. White rice and fried rice were cold. Get it was holiday but seemed they took too many reservations and the cleanliness and ability take care suffered. Most of food was good. Some was not. But being sat an hour late for a reservation set a bad tone for the evening.

Hostess station was a mess. We had to wait an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. We waited about 20 minutes before we placed our drink order and another 30 minutes for our food. Our food was brought to the table cold. The server was working very hard and fixed the issue. The number of staff wasn’t balanced with some areas getting faster service and other areas were very slow. Poorly managed restaurant but cuisine is popular with most people.

We did arrive early in the evening on New Year’s Eve (5:30), food came out quickly, and better quality than past experiences. Wait staff was great.

P.F. Chang’s offers a delightful, Asian-inspired dining experience at great value. We started with hot tea, a crisp pilsner, and their famous chicken lettuce wraps—fresh, delicious, and perfectly paired with a flavorful Thai nut dipping sauce (peanut allergy caution). For entrées, we had chicken and broccoli with lo mein on the side and chicken fried rice with vegetables. While the dishes were enjoyable, we did need to add a touch more soy sauce to bring out the flavors. The standout? Their special menu items from a previous visit were incredible! Coupled with attentive and stellar service, P.F. Chang’s remains a solid choice for a satisfying meal.

Didn’t even get to eat because they were 1.5-2 hours behind on reservations.

We were not seated until over an hour past our reservation time. This was also the case for dozens of other parties crowded around the hostess stand. (Probably a fire hazard.) It quickly became evident that the restaurant had intentionally overbooked and then lied to everyone as they checked in for their reservations. The hostesses were obviously coached on misleading customers about their wait times. We were originally told it would be 15 to 20 minutes, which then became 30 to 45 minutes and ended up being over an hour. All of the other guests were we standing near had the same experience. Restaurants know how many people they can serve per hour and should set their reservation limits accordingly. Once we were seated our food and service was good but because of the long, intentional wait we will not be dining there again.

We had a 6:15 reservation but had to wait until nearly 7 to be seated. The floors were filthy and our table was sticky. Our server was great as he tried to manage the chaos and make up for the poor management and processes. Our meal took about an hour to get to us but it was good.

Hostess was slightly rude but chalked it up to working in the holiday season. Waitress and food were great. Only major drawback was the restaurant was very chilly.

I took my wife to P.F.Changs for her birthday. She was sent a choice of a free appetizer or desert for her birthday. The smart mouth waitress immediately challenged that stating we only do desserts . After checking with the manager, she discovered she was in error. The service at the point was only fair the rest of the meal. The food was only fair at best. The restaurant set-up is not a great place for couples. It is dark and has no ambience. At the end the bill was incorrect and Our smart mouth waitress again challenged me stating it was correct. Well once she took the time to look she realized she has made a mistake. We will not be returning . There are better Asian restaurants in Greensboro.
