   Horrible experience, booked a reservation for Valentines Day only to arrive and be told there’s an hour wait. Unacceptable.

   I had a 8:00 reservation but wasn’t seated until 9:30. Restaurant was packed yet understaffed for Valentines Day. Bar service was decent, but they ran out of food and had to “defrost” frozen dumplings. Main entree was cold when it arrived at the table, and food quality was mediocre, at best. It definitely wasn’t their best night. I’m going to attribute it to understaffing, but just not a good experience.

   The restaurant was understaffed for the Valentine Day crowd and took too many reservations. There was a 30 minute delay with a reservation. The service was a little slow however the food was delicious. We would recommend going to this restaurant during the week and not on a holiday or weekend.

   The main problem was we had a 6:15 reservation and we didn’t get seated till 6:50.

   The problem was they didn’t staff for the extreme amount of business they had booked. Just bad planning.

   I informed the restaurant the reason for our visit was a 50th birthday. However, nothing was done. No well wishes or dessert. But the table next to us received a happy birthday and free dessert. Very disappointing after driving two hours to eat there.

   Sat in bar area and had happy hour menu which was awesome! Service was great and everything was delicious

   Elijah, the waiter was very pleasant and gave us the best customer experience. My friend and I enjoyed our meal and the service. Elijah told us about the new menu options coming up soon. We will be back to try them.

    PF Chang’s no longer will allow a change to the menu like they have in the past. Ie:Ask for Mongolian chicken which was never on the menu but a substitution could be made.
