Peppercorn’s Grill is owned and operated by the Cialfi siblings, Sal and Dino, Brothers Sal and Dino purchased Peppercorn's Grill in 1989 and opened Piccolo Arancio in 1994. This generation of Cialfi's has added modern creativity and personality to traditional strengths of their Italian roots. Sal and Dino were trained in the art of Italian food at their uncle's restaurant in Rome. When the opportunity to open a restaurant arose, they jumped at the opportunity and opened the first Piccolo Arancio in Rome. Piccolo Arancio was internationally acclaimed within their first year. Now operated by their cousins, Piccolo Arancio remains near the Trevi Fountain in Rome. Peppercorn's Grill received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 10 years.

Taste of salad, bread, potatoes and filet steak was great. However my wife's shrimp dish tasted too "fishy" and she did not eat much nor enjoy it. My filet streak tasted great but the meat required a lot of chewing, and bordered on being tough. No way a steak in this price range should be like this. Peppercorns did "comp" my wife's coffee & dessert. We have eaten here a number of times, and most likely will again, but this was not the experience that we have known in the past.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      There was a pre fix menu without any indication of it, service was slow and one of our orders was forgotten, then when was finally brought out was clearly rushed and bad. Chewy lobster.
