For $200 per igloo, you and your guests can reserve your own private igloo, offering a cozy, luxurious setting perfect for any occasion. This booking accommodates up to 12 people, ensuring an intimate and memorable gathering. Each reservation is for 1 hour and 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the unique ambiance and relax in your private igloo. Available time slots are: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM | 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM | 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM Please note, the price covers the igloo reservation only—food, beverages, and additional services are not included.

Staff was great! Both bartenders/ servers working were so kind and welcoming. Food was a joke

It took 10 minutes to figure there was no hostess as there was no one at the entrance. Once seated service took very long and dishes came out incorrectly. Even check was incorrect and needed to be corrected when I went to pay.

This place was such a disappointment!! I think they bank on the name drawing people in. We waited for about 15-20mins and was then told...no server, have to order at the bar! We left after one drink!

Had a reservation for 2:30PM, walked in and there was no seating and no person to greet us and take us to a table. Ended up sitting at the one dirty table we could find and cleaned it ourselves. Doors were open to the pool so it was very humid and people were fanning themselves. No one spoke to us, we ended up leaving. Not the vibe.

I had been curious to try Penthouse on Park for some time, and am glad that I finally did. The space is beautiful and has the loveliest views. I sat in the lounge area - it was nice and comfortable. The guacamole tostada and hummus were both delicious. The mini lobster rolls were amazing. And the chocolate chip cookie sandwich was fantastic. My sever Kevin was terrific and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Vegan option of the menu would have been great, mixing different styles of music would have been appreciated We had NYE dinner experience and was mentioned ball drop watch but this was not offered to us

Made a 7:45 reservation, they tried to seat us (party of 3) on a couch in the bar where a singles event was happening (good people watching) but it would have been impossible to eat there. They said they were clearing a table I. The dining room for us, 15 min wait. They had 2 servers in the bar who were running ragged. We managed to get a drink, but left after 40 minutes to find another restaurant for dinner.

Checking in for reservation was seamless. Waited over 20 minutes at table with no server. There was only 4 other smaller parties of 2-4 people however, they were served by the 3 servers on the floor. Finally, ordered our drinks at the bar instead. Cocktails were great. The Daily Greens was our favorite!

I brought some co-workers here for a business happy hour/meal in the evening and was pleasantly surprised! The ambiance was great, the food and drinks were good as well. The one thing I would note was that service was a bit slow, but otherwise a rooftop all of my co-workers would love to come back to!

The service was extremely slow. Took 15 mins to order from the moment we were seated. We asked for the check as we got our wine and it took over 20 mins. And then she dropped the check without pens and said she would be right back with pens and never came back. We had to leave at a certain time and made that clear so we had to flag down another staff member for a pen to leave.
