Delve into the art of crafting your own pasta from scratch while savoring delectable selections from our menu. We're excited to provide two levels of pasta instruction tailored to your needs: one for beginners and another for those with previous class attendance or pasta-making experience. These classes are taught alongside one another so please make a note in your reservation so we may plan accordingly.

Founded in 1969, by Alfonso Giovanett, Castelfeder winery is located in Alto Adige - Italy's alpine northern border. Through three generations, the winery has combined tradition with pioneering spirit to create wines that exemplify Alto Adige: Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, and Germanic-influenced local treasures. We look forward to sharing these beautiful wines with Northern Italian culinary delights with you.

The service and ambience were great. This is my third time back at Pelino’s and this meal wasn’t nearly as good. Both pasta dishes were cold and the panna cotta was overcooked.

This was our first time trying Pelino's. What an exceptional dining experience and a neighborhood gem! From Maria's welcome to the knowledge and exceptional service from our server, Brianna, it was outstanding overall! If we had the Chef's Tasting Menu, there would have been no way we would have been able to decide; there were too many great offerings. Foccaccia, Bruschetta con Tartufo, Risotto All' Oro, Insalata di Marzo, Rinascita, Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, Carborara, Cacio e Pepe, Tiramisu and Pace Amore e Cioccolato... Squisito!

The pasta was toothie and undercooked. While I liked and understood the concept. Outside of the focaccia and oil the food didn’t “wow” me.

The food was amazing, and our server was even better. We ordered the four-course meal with the wine pairing and everything was delicious. Very impressed with the attention to detail.

Our second time here, we are excited about the menu, it changes every month. Everything was delicious and the service it’s a top notch. This is our favorite date night place.

Great experience! We made 3 types of pasta and Angelo explained everything clearly. The staff we kind and very professional. It was a memorable evening.

We love Pelinos. Beautiful place, beautiful menu. We were given the loveliest table by the window. Our server was great. Food was delicious but we all agreed that the pastas were almost cold, served lukewarm at best. We would love it more if the pasta was heated through. Otherwise a fantastic experience
