PeakFine Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is a wonderful way to start or end your day! With the bounty of what the Okanagan, and Canada has to offer us in the ways of cheese, poultry, produce, seafood, grains, so much more, we focus on using local Canadian and Artisanal products to help keep low food miles, support local growers, farmers and use sustainable foods in our kitchens. With healthy options, vegan, or decadent multi-course meals paired with local wines and spirits, your culinary adventure will go unmatched while you dine, and take in the sweeping Okanagan Lake Views.

If you are dining as a resort guest, PeakFine Restaurant encourages wearing bathrobes and slippers for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, we adhere to a smart casual dress code, and we ask that guests refrain from wearing hats or slippers to dinner. There is an 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more.

Please note that Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa is a 16 plus only resort.

Beautiful surroundings inside and out . This stay we found the dining to be very good ! Our server was great very attentive and knowledgeable on the menu .

We did the room service. Our 3 dinner meals arrived without lids so food was cold and walked from kitchen to our room …yikes! The potatoes were crunchy. The pasta seafood was not cooked and the beef dish was more of a soup dish. Have tried dinner on all 3 visits and has consistently been a 2 star if that. We have ate in and did the room service. But no other dinner options. Need a pizza oven option. We bring food every visit. 150-200 on a meal insane amount to drop on 2 star meal. Cannot recommend

$20 for a glass of wine is crazy!! The food was okay but not worth the money we paid in the end. Service was great!

We had a wonderful experience. Our server was excellent, and very attentive. Food was 10/10. Drinks were strong but great. Overall would recommend.

20 min before server came to take drink order. Food came quickly, but toast was rock hard probably from sitting too long before being served.

Good but food small portions and not enough variety especially for my 16 year old daughter who's fussy. Lol. Dessert was a bit too expensive and not that good for price especially. I ordered the pistachio dessert.

Service was excellent but the only vegan breakfast was avocado toast which fell very short as it had very little avocado spread on the toast.

The ambience and the view make it a very nice place to have a meal. The meals we had were unfortunately underwhelming and the food didn’t seem to fit with the rest of the experience at sparkling hill.
