Paulo & Bill Restaurant in Shawnee serves up well-presented seafood and Italian cuisine including the classics and more modern choices.Paulo & Bill Restaurant offers appetizers that include garlic bread, wood-fired salmon salad, calamari, crab cakes and goat cheese bruschetta. Pasta options can be made gluten free and include the house-made gnocchi, wild mushroom ravioli and lasagna. Guests can choose entrées like the chicken piccata and Mama Mia grilled beef tenderloin with whipped potatoes. There is also a wood-fired oven with a number of pizza selections, such as peppered chicken and applewood smoked bacon. Paulo & Bill Restaurant has an outdoor seating area, a kids' menu and a special happy hour menu that includes small plates, such as lasagna rolls and sausage or beef tenderloin flatbreads. There is also brunch available. Special wine dinners are offered throughout the year with vintages paired with each course.

It was a great experience! My friends and I were doing our annual palintines get-together and that was the first time we’ve ever been there. The food was amazing and the service was even better. I would recommend and would absolutely go again!

Lunch was very good. We enjoyed the Combo deal. The goodness good abs we had excellent service. My only small complaint is that my side of the table (1/2 booth) was the cushioned side, and there was a big tear in the vinyl upholstery. I hope P&B has a plan to reupholster the seats.

Service was good. Food was very good. We had the Bow Tie Pasta and Lasagna. Everyone at the restaurant were very friendly. The restaurant was very busy but the noise level was such that we could actually hear each other talk.
