Este restaurante ofrece cocina deliciosa de temporada. Con Paul Martin's American Grill, Brian Bennett y el empresario de restaurantes Paul Fleming han hecho realidad su anhelado sueño de crear el restaurante "que siempre hemos querido que hubiese en nuestra zona". Para elaborar comida de calidad son necesarios ingredientes frescos locales de temporada. El objetivo del Paul Martin's es ofrecer los mejores ingredientes, como carne de animales criados de forma racional y saludable, productos frescos de la zona, los mejores pescados salvajes y de piscifactoría, quesos artesanales y embutidos de pequeños proveedores locales. La carta de vinos, servidos en copa o en botella, se mueve entre caldos de los viñedos de Golden State, con una parada ocasional para un Pinot Gris de Oregón o un Riesling seco de Washington. Love Paul Martins - come here all the time but staff was especially snippy and could be heard complaining about how busy the day after Valentine’s Day is. We were seeing family one last time before they move out of state and asked a server passing by to take our picture. She did but let out a big sigh. Not the kind of friendly environment that we are used to there. Food was great but the kids dishes were missing items. That too was re-served with a sigh.

Celebrating Valentines Day. With reservations got in quickly to a table but by kitchen. Waiter took at least 20 minutes before attending to us. Ordered calamari. I hated it. Blackened rib eye was ok. Date said we could have made at home. Cadillac Margarita we could have got better at the corner restaurant. $170 later not recommending.

Food was good. Forgot our appetizer so didn't get it until after entrees. But since it was Valentines Day I'm sure the kitchen wa swamped. Server (Lori?) was good.

We requested a Dr. Pepper and Horseradish the entrees were delivered to everyone at the table. Waitress forgot to bring the requested items over to our table. It was a long time before she came back to the table but when she did come back we requested the items again. She acknowledged that said she forgot the request. But, instead of immediately leaving our table to get the Dr. Pepper and Horseradish, she then started to ask if she could take any plates and get take out boxes. We thought it was rude because other people were still eating, including the person who requested the Dr. Pepper and Horseradish. She finally came back with the Dr. Pepper and Horseradish but by that time we were not happy. Upon leaving the restaurant others at the table commented they would ordered refills of their drinks but they had to drink the water because the waitress never came back periodically to check on us. We hope in the future this does not happen to other people eating at your restaurant.
