Este restaurante ofrece cocina deliciosa de temporada. Con Paul Martin's American Grill, Brian Bennett y el empresario de restaurantes Paul Fleming han hecho realidad su anhelado sueño de crear el restaurante "que siempre hemos querido que hubiese en nuestra zona". Para elaborar comida de calidad son necesarios ingredientes frescos locales de temporada. El objetivo del Paul Martin's es ofrecer los mejores ingredientes, como carne de animales criados de forma racional y saludable, productos frescos de la zona, los mejores pescados salvajes y de piscifactoría, quesos artesanales y embutidos de pequeños proveedores locales. La carta de vinos, servidos en copa o en botella, se mueve entre caldos de los viñedos de Golden State, con una parada ocasional para un Pinot Gris de Oregón o un Riesling seco de Washington. We had a wonderful dinner for our anniversary at Paul Martin's recently. Our server, Tom was delightful and the food was cooked perfectly! We started with the ahi poke cups and calamari them moved on to our main course. I enjoyed the blackened Rib Steak and my husband enjoyed the Halibut. Both were cooked perfectly! I had ordered the brussel sprouts instead of mashed potatoes - which the kitchen forgot to send out but otherwise it was a WONDERFUL evening!!!

Had Medium rare prime rib, it was tough to cut. Didn't know you grilled the Asparagus, my fault didn't notice, Mushroom soup was excellent, Salad was great, Calamari was good, Service was great & cheerful, Didn't like to be seated in the booth close to the front door on a cold evening, looked like some of your furniture was aging, Desert was great, the chocolate cake, excellent! My sons blackened steak was excellent,

Elmer is the best server in the business! You can count on him for reliable recommendations, he is funny and very efficient. The Red Snapper was excellent, the steaks were very good and desserts were wonderful. We'll be back!

It was my family’s 1st time visiting Paul Martins, we were celebrating a birthday. The food was great! But the the hostess needs a refresher on politeness & customer service. Our reservation was at 6:30 for the patio, which was empty except for another family. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated as they cleaned menus, shouldn’t menus be cleaned after each guest? But anyway we ordered crab cakes and calamari as starters; would definitely order the crab cakes again. For dinner we had the red snapper, seafood pasta, braised short ribs and 20oz Ribeye and all were delicious options, but it took to long for the food to come out. Our waiter Tom was great attentive and took care of us. Overall I would give the food ten out of ten! I would visit the restaurant again and hope the next the staff would be a bit friendlier.

The place was jumping. We were seated on time service was a tad slow but considering the crowd somewhat understandable. Enjoyed the food and wine. Will be back.

Well the hostess was very rude. Didn’t even say hello. We arrived at 6:41 for a 6:45 reservation. She said it will be closer to your dining time. Um ok.. we were seated at 7pm. She silently led us to the table and walked away…AWKWARD. Ordered an espresso martini for 22.00 and it was not an espresso martini- grapefruit juice in it? Returned that. The waiter was efficient and did a good job. We tipped him well. The food was good and hot. I think they need different hostesses - she clearly didn’t like her job. Not a great first impression- and bartenders should know how to make drinks.

We had a very enjoyable time with family and new friends. The food was excellent. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was great. I think we almost closed the place down LOL.
