Los fundadores del local, Brian Bennett y Paul Fleming, tenían la visión del restaurante que deseaban para su zona, un lugar que sirviese platos elaborados desde cero con ingredientes de la mejor calidad y preparados de forma sencilla y adecuada, todo ello a precios asequibles. A partir de este concepto y con estos valores aplicados a la cocina del restaurante, nació el Paul Martin's American Grill . Hoy en día su lema sigue siendo "delicioso y de temporada". En su carta se encuentran los mejores productos de pesca sostenible, carne natural de ganado vacuno y de pollo criados al aire libre, embutidos y quesos artesanales. The customer service was not good at all. We felt that our waitress was rushing us and wanted us out of there as soon as possible.. I understand the need to turn tables but to eat like that I rather dine at a fast food restaurant. Our appetizer plates were dirty and we had to request for her to change them, and when she brought new ones I had a piece of broken glass on mine. Her reactions to that it was that that was impossible. She forgot to order our appetizers and the main plate arrived before the appetizers. The bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper or paper towels were available. I would expect all this from a fast food restaurant, but for a restaurant as pricey as this one is ridiculous. Very disappointing.

We drove almost two hours to meet up with friends who drove equally far for a lunch as they were visiting from another country. I had looked for places to eat that suited our needs. I was familiar with Paul Martin as there is one near my home that we like. We were all delighted with our food and had an excellent time. For me, the grilled salmon tacos were the best seafood tacos I’d ever had, and I get them whenever there is a grilled fish option. Recommend.

Our server was on point, food was with in tolerance, for the price , I would expect a little more quality in food but it's OK. The chicken had a bit of cartridge or distress, it was a bit chewy. The marinara was a bit thick and dry. For an Italian dish it should have some type of garlic bread. Im just saying for a lesser price I can go to a different restaurant and get the same or better quality of food

The customer service is great. The server gave great recommendations, and checked to see if everything was good of if we neeeded anything. My husband got the blackened ribeye and when they brought it out they asked him to cut into it to see if it was cooked to his liking (medium rare) the steak was cooked beautifully!

1st time here, happy hour menu, sandwich and drink pairing, we ordered the burger and the spicy chicken, washed them down with a couple of tasty drafts. We will be back.
