Los fundadores del local, Brian Bennett y Paul Fleming, tenían la visión del restaurante que deseaban para su zona, un lugar que sirviese platos elaborados desde cero con ingredientes de la mejor calidad y preparados de forma sencilla y adecuada, todo ello a precios asequibles. A partir de este concepto y con estos valores aplicados a la cocina del restaurante, nació el Paul Martin's American Grill . Hoy en día su lema sigue siendo "delicioso y de temporada". En su carta se encuentran los mejores productos de pesca sostenible, carne natural de ganado vacuno y de pollo criados al aire libre, embutidos y quesos artesanales.           Knocking off a few stars, seated in a booth where every time the door opened a rush of cold air would hit us so there fore our dinner we were freezing. Second star, we had two waiters , one covering for our original waiter who was on break. The sub was fantastic, basically took our drink order, appetizer and main order. He came back and checked on us throughout making sure every thing was good. Well after awhile, the main waiter comes back just in time to help serve food. He checked on us once after and that was about it; we never saw the first guy again. Was disappointed that my tip was going to this waiter that hardly did anything for our party. Food was good.

          Ate here for Valentines day and had a great experience. We had a reservation and when we got there we were seated immediately. Food was delicious (short ribs and sea bass). Drinks were also good. My only issue is they dont serve a complete meal. Meals should include a vegetable. You have to order that separate. And for the price you pay quite disappointing. But still had a great experience. Highly recommend. Thank you
