    Everything was perfect. Haven't had that kind of service in a long, long time. Our waiter was excellent. Everything was great.

    This was our second visit to a Paul Martin's restaurant, and it will certainly be our last. The most significant issue was the steak quality, which did not justify the high prices. We ordered the filet mignon, and it neither looked nor tasted like one. I understand it was Valentine's Day, but our server seemed overly rushed, making us feel hurried as well. We ordered our steaks medium well but received them medium instead, necessitating another round of grilling. When the steaks were returned, I noticed a piece I had cut off to show the server was missing. After sending them back again, we finally received two steaks that were close to medium well, but still not quite right. When the bill arrived, it included charges for two additional drinks and a third steak we didn't order. Upon complaining, the server insisted we had ordered four drinks. To be fair, she offered us a complimentary dessert, so we chose the crème brûlée. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment as well. It lacked the usual crusty top layer and had a grainy texture, far from a quality crème brûlée. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

    The food was overpriced and food was just ok. Ordered the Filet Oscar and it came out with a crab cake. The seafood platter definitely needs work. Never had poke on top of guacamole. Food quality definitely went down.

    Paul Martins menu is classic American based, but by no means standard. They have special touches. Their Short Ribs are like pot roast with no fat, very high quality. Rib eye is a lot of meat, no fat on the edges. Butter cake is an excellent dessert to share.

    I love this restaurant. We initially had a table with a draft. We asked to move and despite a packed restaurant for Valentine’s Day, they moved us to a perfect table very quickly. Service was so good and food was great!

    Such a nice place!! This place is one of nicest restaurant in Orange County. Everything was awesome, the service, the food, and the ambiance. The noise level in this restaurant is much better than most restaurants even when they are busy. Such a great experience!!

    I took my Honey to Paul Martin's Grill for Valentine's Day lunch. They were advertising a special Valentine's Day menu. We decided to get the seafood platter for two to share, a bottle of champagne and we each got a dinner salad.. Our salads were somewhat simple but tasty with mixed greens, a few tomatoes, two slices of avocado some sliced red unions and cucumbers with a nice light vinaigrette dressing. Then the seafood platter came. We were very disappointed... the price was $59 and it contained six shrimp, four oysters, one small king crab claw cut in half and about a half cup of poke on guacamole. It all was very fresh and tasted great but we thought that there should have been much more for the price.
