El restaurante es propiedad de Delaware North, el cual acaba de celebrar 100 años en el negocio de los restaurantes, y Patina 250 es operado por su filial más nueva, Patina Restaurant Group. El chef Homero Ford regresó a Buffalo después de años en Nueva York, y en este restaurante utiliza solo los mejores ingredientes locales de la región, presentando pequeños platos deliciosos en porciones para compartir. First time there; beautiful place; liked the menu; ordered a Cosmo ($14) but asked for Grey Goose instead of Tito's, it was delicious, but they charged me an extra $5 for the Goose! I never would have spent $19 on one cocktail; food came out within 2 minutes of ordering, it appeared everyone's did which was a red flag; food was barely warm and definitely not freshly-made; brunch for 2 was $100 with the tip; way too expensive for what we received

The server was kind and friendly. She was great at her very attentive and fantastic at her job. Food was well seasoned and delicious. It was my first time going there I will definitely be going back again.

Thank you to the staff at Patina for the most lovely birthday brunch celebration! The staff was attentive but gave us space to enjoy ourselves and talk, the food was delicious, the ambiance perfect. And the staff recognized the special occasion and sent a kind gesture to our table. The best! We will return for sure! Of note, there are not many GF options on the brunch menu but several items are easily adapted. Thank you Patina!
