Park Ave Kitchen opened quietly on 12/14/23, on the corner of 48th Street and Lexington Avenue in NYC. Located on the ground floor of beautiful 277 Park Avenue, Chef Burke created a New-American Brasserie with a widely varied food and beverage offering, thanks to its unique combination of ala carte dining room and cafe/grab & go shared space. Complemented by a high degree of hospitality, Park Ave Kitchen has quickly become one of the most popular midtown dining destinations.

From dry-aged steaks to fresh fish, sushi to juicy burgers, grain bowls to custom salads, delicious desserts and specialty coffees, Park Ave Kitchen offers something for everyone. Breakfast (served all day!), lunch, Happy Hour and dinner! The bar offers award-winning wines, an eclectic beer list, creative cocktails and mocktails.

I was here with friends who came from out of town. When we sat down, it was pretty nice and our host was saying some wonderful things about our waiter. However, our waiter was not attentive, but rather aloof through most of the meal. He completely forgot about our drink order, and ended up comping it once we finally said something. The food was pretty subpar. I wish everyone who goes there have a different experience, but personally, will not go back.

Although our staff train daily in both the front & back of the house, it seems like more than one thing went wrong on the 23rd with your table. Overall a fair experience… Our servers and team were super friendly, attentive and welcoming! However… the food was..ok. The appetizer started off good, but the main dishes lacked flavor, seasonings, and overall did not taste like anything much. At first, I thought it was just my dish and dinner plate but the rest of my family began to comment the same.

Great location for business meals and social ones as well. The host and hostess were pleasant and helpful as was the service staff. It's an attractive setting with comfortable seating. It has become a popular place, particularly for business meals. The food was good and we each enjoyed our meals, but at lunchtime it's pretty loud.

Food was fine but service wasn’t too good . Long wait to take orders and inconsistent— random mix of wait staff. Ambiance is decent , chairs are very comfortable .

Pleasantly surprised by the ambience and quality of food. We had a happy hour and dinner, and I was concerned that the dinner would be too casual, but it's a separate space from the lunch space, trendy and appropriate for business dinners. The service was outstanding from the time we walked in to the time we left. Everyone was very happy with the food. Highly recommend this spot.

It was a wonderful experience and our server and the manager could not have been kinder and accommodating. The food was outstanding, especially the lobster dumplings and the popovers! The only thing that wasn’t perfect, and no fault of the restaurant, but every time the door opened, it was freezing. It was an exceptionally cold day. Perhaps they could put some sort of barrier on those cold days, but again no fault of the restaurant.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write of your visit to Park Ave Kitchen, Albert. I apologize for the delay in getting you your bloody marys. On a Sunday especially, our bar staff should have been better prepared. We do not make batches and lit them sit for days & days, but they begin early in the mornings every day to ensure fresh syrups, garnishes & mixes are ready for service. From the beginning, the staff were very accommodating. We were stuck in holiday traffic coming from Staten Island and they were able to move our reservation…on a Saturday! When we got there, we were made to feel welcome. Our waiter, Zachariah is the best! Relaxed, funny and perfect, service-wise. He made an excellent wine suggestion and was just great from start to finish. The food was outstanding, from the bread service to the tin can chocolate cake. TIP - it takes 20 minutes to make but it is soooo good! Also, as with every other David Burke restaurant that We’ve been to , I appreciate the whimsy in the presentation of the desserts! We will be back!
