Outstanding as always. My husband and I usually eat in the bar area, but tonight dining with friends in the dining room area. Service and food quality excellent as always. We were very chatty with our friends and didn’t feel rushed at all by the very attentive staff. This is our favorite spot in the area. Thanks for a great night.

We had reservations for 6:30 and were seated right away. However, we were not even offered water let alone a drink order taken for 20 minutes. When I make reservations I expect that you are expecting me. Our guests from out of town were unimpressed. Our meal was fine and the portions were generous. In order to compete for people’s business I do feel you need to up the customer service. You can do everything right in the kitchen and still lose favor when you’re not timely. Sound management isn’t difficult, that needs attention.

There was a miscommunication between our staff and your server was not aware that your table had been sat. This is not up to our usual standards of customer service. Park & Elm is a very nice upscale-ish restaurant, at least within the context of Glens Falls (it's not a Michelin level sort of place, but that is to be expected considering the location). The selection of dishes is varied and interesting, and the wine list is much better than other such places in town. This is certainly the best upscale-ish restaurant in town at the moment (we have been to all of them, multiple times).

Great atmosphere and service. Waitress was very attentive and periodically checking in. Cider Doughnut Bread Pudding was to die for.

As usual our experience was amazing. The halibut was incredible as well as the burger and gnocchi bolognese. The staff was friendly as we have come to expect each time we dine here. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful experience! We stumbled upon this place while visiting for our mini-moon and the restaurant was very trendy yet charming. Our server was very attentive and sweet (older gentleman) and the food was delicious, especially the dark chocolate pot de creme!
