We have lived in Boston for a years. We loved the Italian food there and miss it. This was the first time since then that we have had actual Italian food here in Idaho falls. Just go and promise you won’t be disappointed. Food was amazing!

Everything was great - couldn’t decide on wine so opted for the wine flight.. delicious Service was awesome. Great date place! We can’t wait to go again!

From the moment we walked into Park & A Italia, we were transported straight to an authentic Italian café. The warm, welcoming hostess set the tone for a memorable dining experience. Our server, Jisselle, truly made the evening special with her attentive and gracious service, especially as we waited for our sons to arrive. She was thoughtful and ensured we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. Hats off to the chef—every dish was absolutely incredible. We indulged in the lasagna, fettuccini, and the Italian short rib roast. Each plate was crafted with care, bursting with flavor, and clearly made with love. The lasagna was rich and comforting, the fettuccini was perfectly creamy, and the short rib roast was melt-in-your-mouth tender. To top off our meal, we enjoyed a refreshing lemon gelato for dessert, which was the perfect ending to our Italian feast. If you're looking for an authentic Italian dining experience with excellent service and exceptional food, Park & A Italia is a must-visit!

Once seated, we had to wait 20 minutes for a drink. We almost walked out. The table had a nice black tablecloth but it was covered by brown wrapping paper that had unsightly grease stains on it. After ordering, the food came fairly quickly. The place was very noisy, making it hard to carry a conversation. Having to walk through the gauntlet of cooks and service staff to get to the exit is not a great setup. Overall the food was very good, but too expensive. $43 for 3 scallops? Really? Most dishes with meat were about $7 to $10 higher than expected.

Our experience exceeded our expectations? The food was perfect from the bread, all the way to the amazing limoncello gelato and everything in between. The service was perfect. Not overbearing but perfectly attentive to our needs. Ambience was great. Love the twinkle lights and Italian music.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and it was wonderful. The service was excellent, our waitress was so attentive and pleasant. The food was incredible. I had the scallops with risotto and my husband had the butternut squash ravioli. The tiramisu was the best I've ever had and it's made in house. Overall, it was a perfect evening and we'll definitely go back again.

Servants were spectacular! Very friendly, warm & accommodating! Food was fantastic, and portions were generous! Worth every cent!!

Great new restaurant in Idaho Falls! It fills a need for higher end dining and Italian options. The food and service was great! Perfect location downtown and it was nice to support a locally owned restaurant that sources from other local businesses.
