Food was great tuna tar tar and Chilean sea bass. Service was a little slow took over 45 minutes from apps to entree. Solid meal.

Food, cocktails, and service from the bartender John were excellent! We loved the striped bass and sea bass. Everything was delicious!

Christmas Eve was our 2nd time at Parchetto. 1st time was for lunch, the food was exceptional I had chicken Alfredo,my wife had one of the specials that she loved. Last nights experience was not as good, we booked our reservation a week or so ago & got there 15 minutes early there was no one there but a couple at the bar, we were offered a small table at the end of the bar, I asked for a different table because it was so close to the door & it was a chilly night. It gwas in a row of several tables which didn’t feel very private. Then we were offered a table in the same row just at the other end, it was as if they didn’t see our reservation. We shared a beet salad which was excellent, then we shared a 16oz ribeye, it didn’t look like a 16oz it was fatty and very thin, the potatoes and veggies were very good. It seemed like they only had one server. At 5:00 the place started filling up and they all got seated at nice tables, then after a while they seated people where we were. Also I was disappointed that they only served pasta at lunch. We will go back but not for dinner.

A great addition to the Paso food scene! The service, the food, the room & the wine list are all wonderful. A fantastic new go to. Their hours are extensive so easy to pop in for a drink, lunch or dinner.

Food was great. Grilled octopus was outstanding. Warm mushroom salad delicious. pork chop was tender , sea bass was like butter. Excelent. Food took too long. The salad arrived before the app. Overall really enjoyed. Would go back.

Favorite cocktails … chef is amazing … food outstanding … beautiful ambiance and impeccable service. This is a locally owned and operated restaurant and it’s phenomenal. Highly recommend!!!
