Good food with a variety for all to choose from and drinks were variations of classics that were also good. Will be coming back.

My pork chop was good but nothing out of the ordinary but my wife’s Salmon was spectacular. A decent restaurant. The overall service was very good. The water glasses were always kept full. I never felt in need of anything nor excessively hovered over.

Attentive service and a lovely atmosphere at Parchetto makes it a great restaurant to enjoy lunch with a good friend or loved one. Our salmon salads were perfectly prepared. The bread we asked for was freshly baked from the oven. We had a delicious meal to linger over, and a wonderful catch-up visit on Saturday in beautiful downtown Paso Robles.

Parchetto is a great addition to Paso Robles! Santos and Carole have created a great take on California cuisine. We really enjoyed our evening there. The crispy duck croquette appetizer was great. The duck breast was very good and we would have liked more of the amazing sweet potato puree. The lamb shank with risotto was very good too. Finally, the chocolate torte was a perfect ending to a lovely evening. We look forward to returning!

The pork chop Parchetto was delicious and the rib eye steak was juicy and cooked perfect. Their mashed potatoes were very British and excellent.

Dinner was outstanding. We are kind of a tough crowd and there were no complaints. Highly suggest giving this restaurant a try.

We all 4 had excellent meals. I had the Panchetto eggs Benedict and it was excellent. One person had the spaghetti, someone else had the omelette and the fourth person had the special omelette. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the brunch! I am definitely eating here again.

My wife and I fully enjoyed the service, wonderful food and live music during brunch. This is now a new favorite for us in Paso Robles.
