   We came here because we saw the restaurant had great reviews. We sat and waited for the waitress to come to our table for almost 20 minutes, after which we almost never saw the waitress again - the restaurant was not busy so this was unacceptable. Note to management: people are paying to dine here, respect the customer and treat them as if you want them to return.

   Found a hair in my Caesar salad two bites in. They were quick to remake and very apologetic. Staff is very kind and attentive. My friend loved her shrimp tacos and she found them very filling. Chicken was dry and lukewarm.

   The food was good however the restaurant was loud. The service was not that great. There was only one waitress during dinner service and she seemed stretched very thin.

   This was advertized as a New Years Kids Celebration. We were super excited to bring our triplet boys who were also celebrating their 7th Birthday. The service was almost non existent, we had to call on other servers because our waitress was tending to everyone but us. We were in the middle of the restaurant, and folks were working around us but we felt invisible. Other customers who came after us were served promptly and left before us. Our boys put their coats on and were ready to leave before dessert, they were tired of waiting but we hesitanty asked for dessert because we wanted them to have a treat. We were tempted to have dessert elsewhere, we were in disbelief. The service was underwhelming at best, which is sad because it was our first time and we wanted our triplets to have a great time. We noted their birthday on the reservation but we didnt bother bringing it back up. My meal was forgotten and after waiting nearly an hour I asked the waitress and she mentioned in passing, it was mistakenly taken to another table, didnt apologize. It was soggy and bland. Our boys liked their sliders and seeing Bluey was a highlight for one of them. The festivities advertised were ok, definitely used the kids newyears as a marketing gimic but it was not fully embrasing of all their customers.

    We went for their family friendly countdown to 7pm NYE event. It was a blast!. I wish more restaurants do this. They had a cute little kids menu. There were mocktails. Bluey was there. There was also a giveaways. It was a great idea and it was executed well. Food was awesome per usual.
