Durante los últimos años, el tramo de Montgomery County que se encuentra entre Horsham y Blue Bell se ha convertido en un lugar popular para nuevos e interesantes restaurantes. El Panache Wood Fire Grill está a punto de incorporarse a esta lista gracias al trabajo de Habib Troudi. Panache se encuentra en el edificio que albergaba a L’Angolo Blue, un restaurante italiano que cerró sus puertas a principios del año, y está basado en un "concepto sencillo" tal como lo expresa Troudi, al ofrecer pizzas de masa fina al estilo napolitano preparadas en el horno de carbón y leña así como filetes de res de primera calidad, mariscos y otros platillos de la new American Cuisine. Una vez que esté completo, el espacio contará con dos bares, uno de los cuales albergará también el enorme horno de más de 4.500 kilogramos, necesario para preparar las pizzas crujientes y otros platillos en sartenes de hierro colado.

The food was way overpriced - ridiculously expensive for the quality! Our soup was served cold. My husband's veal chop was served with the string still on the meat and he almost choked. The cut of the chop was fatty and stringy throughout and he couldn't even eat most of it I could hardly cut it, even with the steak knife! And that was a $55 meal! We will probably not have a go back. Which is a shame because it's a nice atmosphere. Server was great.

Food is pretty decent but a bit overpriced for the quality. Drinks were inconsistent. We got two rounds of drinks and each one tasted differently despite ordering the same thing. The worst part was definitely the service. Took 15 minutes just to be greeted by our server. Ambience is the best part of this restaurant with great bands and music and the drinks are tasty despite being inconsistent. This place serves better as a bar than a restaurant. For what you pay you just expect better and not something mediocre you might get at a chain restaurant like Outback.

Overall it was a positive NY Ever experience. The menu was interesting with many choices and special offerings. Fortunately my party of 4 was seated upstairs at 6:30 so that it was quiet and we could enjoy each others’ company. Two couples ordered two Caesar salads to be shared. We received two salads, each on one plate so the person sharing had to scoop some onto a bread plate. My companions ordered entrées arrived without much delay. Mine came, too. Branzino. It sat on a servicing tray for almost 15 minutes while everyone else ate. When the server finally came to filet it table side he was quite inexperienced. I finally received a plate of mashed up fish with the warning to watch for bones. The vegetables were ice cold. All this for $49. We ordered two desserts to be shared. They arrived, again with no sharing plates. I have been here before and the service was far superior. Food is usually very good so I will be back but this was a disappointment and I was embarrassed in front of my friends who were first-timers.

Best meal we have ever had at panache on NYE! Great waitress, ambiance and decor. Had our one year old and she loved it as well and helped me devour my salmon!

Once again a very nice meal at Panache. Everything from pizza and burgers to fill throated Italian dishes, all very good.

Service was not great. Had to ask for drinks and silverware. Server was nice but not very attentive and seemed overwhelmed. Food was cold and not very good.

We were given the special menu for dinner rather than lunch. Thinking it was just a special menu for Christmas Eve we ordered even though we had been looking forward to the lunch choices. The food took long to come out and we had to ask for drink refills. When the food came, the entrees including a filet were all cold. The fish was full of small bones. When the bill came, there were charges for alcohol that we didn’t have. When we asked for the bill to be corrected, that is when they finally talked about us having been given the wrong menu. They adjusted some of the prices of the food to the lunch price, but not everything. The entrées were obviously cold because they had been unprepared to cook them. We would’ve been much happier if they had just explained they gave us the wrong menu and let us order off the correct one. When the check came out a second time, items were charged different prices for the same things. The check was adjusted again, but no one ever came out to speak with us.
