Looking for a unique restaurant for lunch? Palate, overlooking the Elk Refuge at the National Museum of Wildlife Art, is a food experience unparalleled in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Enjoy a creative lunch with a view that complements the Museum’s world-renowned art. From the team behind Gather, this lunch spot invites you to sip a glass of rosé on the patio, linger over your meal and peruse the museum’s world-class art collection. Find inventive dishes made with seasonal, sustainable & local ingredients presented in a creative way.

Palate is the place to stop for a quick bite before touring the museum, heading to the airport or for a long, lazy lunch with friends. Serving local beers, tasty wine and canned cocktails. Located 1.2 miles north of town with tons of parking or use your pedal power & head out on the bike path. On Wednesday's and Thursday's throughout the summer, enjoy Palate’s live Music on the Deck.

Cute little cafe in the museum. Food was good, service was good, drinks were good. View is amazing. Great place to stop in that’s not as busy as the rest of Jackson. The museum is beautiful also.

Beautiful and peaceful setting looking out on the elk refuge. Staff was pleasant and available though not overly so which was perfect. Food was delicious, very nicely prepared. I recommend you go even if you don’t visit the museum (though the museum is well worth a visit!)

The restaurant kindly moved our reservation time at our request. Our waiter was friendly, kind and provided excellent service. The food was delicious and very satisfying. Our view was amazing! We will definitely come back next time we’re in Jackson Hole.

Food was ok, not as great as I thought it would be reading the reviews. Burger was cold, Bloody Mary has zero garnish. Overall, not worth the money.. we were the first ones to get set with a two week reservation and they put us as far away from the window as possible.

It is always great. There are a few menu items that are a stand out: the vegan bowl with bison, the bison gyro and the burger.

Needed to find something to do before heading to the airport and this place had great reviews. It’s a rather small dining space but that makes it much more intimate. The menu was somewhat limited in offerings but the food was delicious. Service was spectacular. We went to the museum afterwards and it was amazing as well. I highly recommend both! Oh and the view, how could I forget the view - it was amazing as well!
