Enjoy traditional Thai cuisine at PAI Toronto. It has a rustic-style interior with exposed brick walls and wood-paneled ceilings. Owners Jeff and Nuit Regular, who's also the executive chef, opened PAI Toronto for patrons to taste the authentic flavors of northern Thailand. Its menu features appetizers like vegetarian spring rolls and papaya salad with dried shrimp. Fried fish with green curry, braised beef noodle soup, and Chef Nuit's Pad Thai are some of the entrées that will satisfy just about any appetite.

Mentioned as one of Toronto's Best Thai Restaurants by NOW Magazine for several consecutive years, PAI Toronto also hosts events for large groups with family-style dining. It features a full bar that serves up beer, cocktails, wine and specialty drinks. This restaurant does catering and accepts walk-ins and reservations (online only).

I was told about this place by many friends but I do not see the hype. Tried to make a reservation on Valentines Day but nothing was available until March so I decided to take the reservation because apparently reservations are so exclusive at this place. I got the pad thai and sad to say it was just average. It was pretty dry. Thai spicy is actually really spicy. The presentation was not pretty at all. Just looked slapped on the plate. Asked for extra veggies and it literally looked like it came from a frozen vegetable bag. My boyfriend got the pad gra pao which was actually pretty good but also not so good presentation. Thai iced tea was good but a lot of ice. The place is small and not nice looking. Our table and chairs looked like it belongs from an elementary school. Overall I think this place is over rated.

Nice atmosphere food is good but comes out way too quick we were still eating our starters when our mains came out. Good value for food decent sized portions. Really enjoyed it couldn’t fault it but not blown away either.

Servers are very attentive, my water glass was never empty for more than 30 seconds! Food was delicious, portion sizes generous, and very cool vibe inside.

Excellent food / flavours. Chicken satay, Mango slaw, pad thai, khao sai (beef) excellent. Very attentive service. Will definitely return. Popular restaurant. Felt a tad rushed as mains arrived moments after apps.

The food and service were both exceptional. Our server, Makeda, was lovely. She was patient and knowledgeable and made great recommendations. She was very attentive and helpful. even doing the small things to make the visit that much better.

Pai never disappoints. Delicious food offering, served by an efficient team, in a lively atmosphere - all at a reasonable price. The only difficulty is deciding what to order from their extensive selection!

Delicious food, amazing vibes, lots of vegan options, and good for nut allergies. They have peanuts on the menu but no other nuts, and they are very conscious of allergies.
