Food was cold and bacon was undercooked. Our drinks had a stale piece of lime in. Informed the server and no response other than a OH NO.

Christine was our server and she did an outstanding job! She really went above and beyond as our server especially since it was our first time there! She was cracking jokes, being super accommodating & just made our experience amazing! Definitely coming back in the future!

I wish I could give the food 0 stars. Terrible food with no flavour. I had to add my own salt and pepper and it still did not fix the meal. Definitely not worth the price.

Food was amazing, our waitress Jasmine was very friendly and nice, service was excellent and food came out very fast. Portion sizes were very big! Will definitely visit again

Wonderful place. Love the atmosphere. Loved the food. Christine was wonderful as our server! It wasn't too busy so it was beautifully quiet, not sure what it would be like if full! Absolutely give it a try! I'll go back!

We came to Pacini to celebrate a birthday and we were it disappointed. The ambiance and decor was beautiful! The food was exceptional and came out very fast. We were there early at 5:30 so that may have been a factor too. The food quality was very good. The bread bar was a great novelty! Our server, Christine, was very friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
