Pacini's menu is a succession of dishes, each one as appetizing as another, including some truly unique and exclusive foods. With no artificial trans fats, they are naturally exceptional. There are pasta dishes for every taste, always cooked al dente, pizzas cooked according to a specific Pacini process that prevent the emergence of artificial trans fats, tender and delicious grills, and extraordinary desserts. recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. We ordered the Mille-Feuilles Lasagna with Shrimps, which was a huge letdown. It had only a few strands of noodles and a few shrimp pieces, all drowned in a heavy cheese sauce. It felt more like a very saucy, kid’s plate of noodles rather than a proper lasagna. We also tried the pesto and goat cheese pizza, which was decent but nothing special. Given the high prices, I was expecting much better quality overall. Another issue was with the parking. The restaurant’s website advertises free outdoor parking, but when I called to inquire, I was told there’s no free parking directly outside.

Late booking for family after a day acclimating to Banff. Friendly professional staff - ready to recommend off the menu and checked regularly with us for water / drinks refills and chatted about local points of interest. Good value and loved the bread bar ….

Overall not a great experience. It took our server quite some time to come to the table. Food came pretty quick once we ordered, but the kids crepes were luke warm and their hot chocolates (which we ordered right away) came half way through their food being done.

Great experience! The bread bar is awesome and they even offer discounts for Birthday Celebrations! We’ll definitely come back next time we visit Banff😉

We came back for the bread bar for sure. They have some amazing looking menu items. Some of it didn’t quite come together for us though. One of our group wasn’t asked her preference for side of salad or pasta and she was so looking forward to the pasta but the server defaulted her order to salad. I found the plating of my meal to be okay except for the vegetables. They were huge and had no flavor and while colorful, didn’t add anything to the dish. The greens used were also quite bitter and took away from the sauce on the veal. We have come before and it was fabulous and we’ll probably give it another go but I had one drink and a bit of a pricier menu item and I don’t feel it was worth the $70 bill I paid.

We were initially told to not go here by our can driver. I decided to go on our last night in Banff due to the rain and the restaurant being in our hotel. The initial service and basic customer service was horrible. We had reservations and were just ignored for some time before even being acknowledged and seated. The “manager “ was chatting with a table and even looked over at us multiple times. She completely ignored us. Once seated we were taken care of by Angel. She was OUTSTANDING! Angel was the perfect server and representative of the business. I hope she goes to a better managed restaurant where her skills can be better utilized! The hotel, the Moose, should boot this place.
