Pacific Standard Prime is a modern steakhouse with a California vibe serving seasonal and sustainable food.

We searched the planet to bring you all-natural and ethically raised beef. The menu by Executive Chef Christine Brown evolves seasonally, so there's always a new dish to discover for dinner or Sunday brunch.

We're passionate about bringing you high-quality ingredients, many sourced from natural, organic, and sustainable ranches and farms.

Pair your choices with a hand-crafted cocktail or a sustainably produced boutique wine from a variety of small, family-owned vintners, carefully curated by owner Kevin Leach and sommelier Peggy Dean.

This same philosophy informs our whiskey list, which includes over 400 selections of whiskeys, bourbons, and ryes.

Calling all epicureans! Join us for a four course prix fixe dinner focusing on seasonal ingredients and perfect wine pairings. The epicurean table will be hosted by Sommelier Peggy Dean and Chef Christine Brown. The menu and wine pairings will change monthly highlighting in season food paired with wines that perfectly complement the food. Go to pspsteak.com to view this month's menu. Space is limited and is only available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. We are unable to modify the menu. Cost is $150 per person for food and wine. Tax and gratuity are extra.

We’ll enjoy five wines expertly paired with the creative cuisine of Executive Chef Christine Brown and her team as we learn from David. Barnett Vineyards is a small, family-owned winery on Spring Mountain in Napa Valley with a focus on small-lot, premium wines, organic farming, and minimalist winemaking techniques. We are so excited to partner with them and showcase their exquisite wines. Tickets are $195, which includes wine, dinner, tax and gratuity.

First time here and we had a party of 10 for a holiday gathering. Service was great and food was phenomenal! Will def be back with family to try other dishes.

Food was spectacular! Service was very good and ambiance was pleasant but trendy as well. But I have never spent so much money on dinner for four in my entire life. An experience, though, and I can’t get over how delicious it was!
