We had dinner here last night. We had a wonderful wait person named Taylor who was so friendly, fast and attentive. Our party had four people who each had different starters and meals. Everyone was very happy with their food. We will definitely be returning.

What a fabulous restaurant, the food is delicious and fresh. Our waiter was outstanding and would definitely go back!

We were seated and waited 15 minutes before we were greeted by our server and only after we asked if we had one. She walked by us numerous times and nothing. Makes for a not so great impression. The food is great and value good. Service nope.

My son and I traveled from Milliken today to try out Ovest Via. One of my clients who lives in Parker suggested it to me and let me tell you it was well worth the drive!! Our server Taylor was amazing as well!! She was attentive, gave great menu suggestions and was super funny. The carne pizza and fettuccine alfredo were delicious and Taylor helped me select a great wine pairing. I usually only can ever drink white zin so that was so nice to branch out and try something new. I will definitely make the drive again to enjoy this great new restaurant.

We went here for our anniversary dinner. Reservation via Open Table was easy, as always. Others have been telling me that they could not get a reservation for weeks out. The food was very good. Frankly, Parker is not known for having great restaurants so this was a pleasant surprise. There is really only one other restaurant in town that is equal to (maybe better than) this place. The braised short rib was very good. My wife enjoyed the ravioli made with fresh pasta. Wine prices are high for Parker but less than what you would pay in Denver. The place is a bit noisy. Overall, very impressed.

Had dinner here, Thursday night. Great ambience, service and there were definitely some hits and some misses. One person in our party ordered chicken Marcella and it came out beautiful, glossy, and so appetizing. The fettuccine Alfredo and my dish you could tell, sat in the window and the cream sauces congealed a bit. Felt the prices were really steep for what you get.

Food was great! They could use some help on the floor with a couple of bus people to help the servers out.
