For years, Our Restaurant stood as a cornerstone of dining at Rydges Armidale, beloved for its warm atmosphere and familiar flavours. But with time came a desire for something more—an experience that not only honours the rich traditions of the past but also breathes new life into the present, blending timeless culinary heritage with modern sophistication.

At Ottoman, guests are welcomed into an intimate and inviting space where the air is filled with the enticing aromas of Turkish and Ottoman-inspired dishes, each crafted with fresh, vibrant ingredients.
