El servicio necesitan mejorarlo, tenia reserva para las 10:15 hicimos check inn a las 10:00 y la mesa nos la dieron las 10:50, estuvimos todo ese tiempo parados porque estaba tan over booking que ni siquiera había lugar en el bar para sentarnos y el manejo de los empleados ante esta situación no fue bueno.

Bastante regular , se ve mucho mejor el lugar en Instagram que lo que es . Mucho tiempo para la comida , se tardó tanto que les cancele un plato,tragos regular , la verdad no lo recomiendo , ⭐️⭐️

El lugar es bellísimo si tienes oportunidad de reservar en la terraza hazlo ya que es super acogedor. Las entradas que ordenamos que fue la ensalada charred avocado riquísima y además pedimos birria gyoza muy recomendado de plato fuerte pedimos octupus pero solo tendría 3 piezas ya que lo mezclan con beans muy bueno el sabor pero no había casi octopus, la pasta uní mazemen tenía un sabor espectacular y el postre milk chocolate tart espectacular la atención excelente. Para ir 1 vez y conocerlo esta bien pero es un poco costoso para la cantidad y platos que sirven

Very little food and the price is extremely expensive 🚨 and the service of the person who serves you when you get to the top and say you have a reservation is disgusting, the rest is fine

The restaurant is beautiful and the vibe is awesome. The service was mediocre at best but mainly the hostess’s. We arrived at the restaurant at 1013 for our 1015 dinner reservation. We checked-in and was asked to wait for our table at the bar which is fine. My wife and I ordered drinks and hung out at the bar. 15 to 20 min roll around and we have yet to be seated, so I go back to the hostess and inquiry about my table. She states that there are 5 groups of 2 still ahead of us and they will sit us at first chance while I see 2 tables of 2 available. I informed her that what is the point of me making a reservation if I can’t get sat in a timely manner especially with a $30 cancellation fee. She responded with we don’t really charge that and some customers came late and for that reason my table is now delayed. I then spoke to the manager and about 5 min later was seated. Our waitress was fabulous and extremely friendly but I assume it’s out of her control but our food took quite sometime to come out. As I previously stated the restaurant iis beautiful and it was a fun atmosphere but due to the long wait and probably hunger the experience was sub par. After all that the nobody on the staff including manager did once apologized or once did anything to make my wife and I feel that they were sorry but instead chose to make excuses (eg. Customers were late and now you have been delayed,).

When we arrived it was a little overwhelming but we were fortunate to meet the manager Augusto Avila who was extremely accommodating. The cocktails were excellent and the food was exceptional. Our server Kilby was very sweet and provided us with great recommendations and answered all our questions. The size of this venue is impressive but the kitchen and abundant staff definitely made the evening and experience fantastic. I highly recommend Oro for a date night or just dinner with friends you won’t be disappointed.
