Origin City is a representation of our family’s passions, fused together to bring an authentic pasture to plate, nose to tail dining experience. From the food and drink to the interiors, Origin City combines British fine dining and old family traditions with a touch of Scottish ruggedness and Provençal art de vivre.

Our Executive Chef, Graham Chatham, has over 35 years of fine dining experience and has worked at well-renowned restaurants such as Rules and The Langham. His ethos in the kitchen reflects that of Origin City’s ‘great taste, no waste’, celebrating every part of the animal, with innovative and exciting dishes.

With all our meat butchered in-house, the challenge is not in finding the perfect steak or chop but to provide a nose to tail dining experience, which champions British cuisine. From fine dining to traditional dishes that come with a big hit of nostalgia, Graham has reimagined British classics, with a twist that nods to our family’s roots.

An amazing find. Food was fantastic and the only thing that I'd ask for in the service was we weren't told what some of the items were and had to ask as we were leaving. Our server though, was lovely, it was others giving us bits that didn't tell us what it was. I would highly recommend. Oh, the wine by the glass is from their own winery in Provence and it was amazing and a great pair with my lamb. The scallop, halibut, tartare, all of it, just fabulous.

Very nicely decorated, classy restaurant, tables reasonably spaced, noise was not a problem. The menu is interesting and the food was very very good. We had some starters and then steaks and liver. Excellent really. Wine list was mercifully compact, the wine was excellent, and the prices were pretty decent for London. We are definitely going back.

Excellent menu and a manageable wine list from partner vineyards. Service was friendly too. Recommmended.

Organised a birthday celebration for two of us . We communicated with the restaurant beforehand to inform them of some allergies. They were incredibly accommodating. The food , the drinks , the service and atmosphere were second to none. Fantastic evening and a very very very happy birthday girl . Thank you !

It is always a pleasure to eat here. The food is incredible, carefully prepared, and clearly made by someone who actually likes eating. The portions are absurdly generous without looking ridiculous. The wine is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of ingredients, preparation, location, etc. Lovely, relaxing ambience, with lots of attention paid to little, easily missed things (no distracting mirrors at head height, gentle, soft, lighting, everything deliberately placed). I will certainly return!
