Our server, Cohle was exceptional. All of us ordered from the special CLE restaurant week menu and the meals were very good. If you like a quieter area, ask for a table off the main room. It can get noisy since it is an open spa

What a wonderful night celebrating our friend’s birthdays!!! The food, service and overall atmosphere were wonderful!!! Our waitress, Mila, was exceptional and made our experience even better! I would highly recommend Orchid House for an event or casual dining. Food was phenomenal—especially the lamb chop entree!!!

Everything was great except it was extremely loud. We were not in the main dining, but in the smaller room. Tables were very close together and it was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. Our food was excellent!

We had a nice first visit to Orchid House. Service was excellent - Lynley was friendly & professional. She was very helpful navigating the menu, providing helpful suggestions. Loved the cocktails & dinner was very good. In general, everyone we encountered was friendly & wanted to ensure we were having a good experience. We'll be back!

This is my first time leaving a review for a restaurant but I felt very compelled. I love sapphire creek so much , so I was left in awe by my experience at orchid house winery. First of all - the atmosphere is god awful. It’s so quiet you could hear a pin drop and It’s so bright I felt like I was eating under a hospital operating room light. The drinks- all 3 in our party hated our drinks so much we asked for new ones that were not any better . The food- we literally had to spit out. Arancini tasted like it was from a freezer ,I love Cesar’s salad and this was the worst one I’ve ever had. It tasted like old fish. It was a laughable experience for everyone in our party. The service was extremely slow considering we were one of 3 tables there. they had a great opportunity to make this something special and it’s very disappointing . Again- I NEVER complain about restaurants but this one was so bad it warranted it .

We can assure you that we serve fresh, never frozen and made from scratch items like arancini. Our grilled caesar salad is typically a guest favorite as it is first char grilled and then topped in a traditional way with whole anchovies. We would have loved the opportunity to address your issues in house and make your experience more enjoyable. Our management team and staff care deeply about guest satisfaction. Our waitress Megan was awesome! Very friendly and informative about menu and drinks. We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s birthday. We will definitely be back to enjoy more delicious food and drinks.

Decided to try the brunch at Orchid today with a friend and it did not disappoint! The menu has several options and we chose the crab cakes Benedict and Short Rib Hash! Servings were large and food was delicious! The ambience of this place cannot be beaten and the mimosas were a bonus! Will be back.

We were seated in the first room when you enter the winery. The lighting was stark white and the room was very loud, especially with a large party seated in the middle of the room. It became very difficult to hold a conversation. The food and service were terrific, but in the future we will not sit here again.

We had a very delicious dinner—completely from the happy hour menu! Our server, Lynley, was pleasant and professional. She offered a sample of the wine we were considering which was very good. Great dinner!
