Super busy night! I was there to celebrate my birthday and enjoyed it with my family. They were packed and busy but they were able to take care of us. Will visit again when not so busy to see the beautiful space.

Our waitress was amazing and ambience was beautiful. Considering it was New Year’s Eve I feel they did a great job. The food was very good but the portions are small.

THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. ATMOSPHERE WAS OK. THE NOISE LEVEL WAS HORRIBLE. WILL NOT RETURN TILL SUMMER WHEN YOU CAN ENJOY THE PATIO.

As first-time visitors to Orchid House Winery, my husband and I were eager to try it out on New Year’s Eve. However, upon arrival, it was clear they had overbooked, as the lobby was packed with frustrated patrons, and the staff appeared overwhelmed and frazzled. When asked if a high-top table was acceptable, I explained that it wasn’t, as I had recently undergone surgery and needed a seat where my feet could rest on the ground. Despite this, the hostess said, “Well, I’ll look,” and moments later, seated us at a high-top without checking further. I reiterated my concern, but she insisted, “This is all I have.” I attempted to make it work, but the wobbly, uncomfortable seating quickly made it clear it wasn’t feasible. Our server stepped in and involved another hostess, who kindly offered us an empty table near the live singer. We accepted, only to realize why the table was vacant—the amplifier was extremely loud and made the experience uncomfortable. Despite this, we placed our order with a different server, who was kind and openly acknowledged that it wasn’t an ideal table. The food was average, with portions ranging from small to moderate. Our server repeatedly apologized for the slow service, as the kitchen was clearly overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the final straw was the salmon, which was served raw in the middle. We skipped dessert and left as quickly as possible. As we passed the main dining area on our way out, it appeared lovely and much quieter, in stark contrast to the chaotic bar area where we were seated. I’m willing to give Orchid House Winery another chance on a less hectic day, but this visit was a disappointing first impression.

Food was good but the service was extremely slow. Our reservation was at 6:15 and we were seated quickly and on time. However ordering our food and receiving our food took too long. Then there was an error paying our bill, the cards were swapped and took a while to fix. We ended up being there 3 hours due to the delays. Would try again just not on such a busy day as NYE

Great new years eve experience! A little loud and crowded but to be expected because of the date. Meal was excellent. Service was excellent also!

Let me start by saying it is a lovely restaurant. They way overbooked for New Year's Eve and they crowded in additional tables. The restaurant was so loud that you couldn't' hear the servers and they couldn't hear you. Communication was impossible at the table. Service was painfully slow since they didn't have enough wait staff to adequately manage the crowd. To top it off, they had live music that you couldn't begin to understand over the din. Food was good and nicely prepared but the experience was tainted due to the decision to overbook. This is not an inexpensive restaurant and the evening was pricey which would have been fine had service and setting been what it should have been.
