   Over priced for what it is I mean £90 for two two course meals. How do you justify that. I was forced to have two large glasses of wine just so the bar staff could sell a bottle ,when all I wanted was 1 glass.

   Food was nice but very poor service: Waited over 10 minutes to be seated when knowone was queuing, the waitress did take our drinks order until 20 minutes after sitting down. Every thing we asked for from the waitress seemed like an in inconvenience to them. Simple Things like a small spoon for my 2 year old or ketchup. Lots of people around us were complaining also. O

   The restaurant also had an event going on with about 50 people who noisy were they should be at one end or in another room not mixing with hotel guests it spoiled our evening and our meal did not help when staff member cleared our plates while leaving one of us still eating we will not be returning.

   The booking system did not work. The place was rammed and they had no booking for me from the app. Don’t bother.

   The staff were outstanding and could not do enough for us. A credit to the business. They even set up a play area for the children. Very child freiendly and so, so helpful. We would go back just because of this experience.

   After arriving back from a day at legoland we were tired and hungry. The kids food was a buffet which was good though not much choice but as I had to ask where our starters were after 40 minutes the kids had already eaten their food and were starting to get bored which completely ruined our meal . My starter was cold . My husband had steak for his main but wasn't offered a steak knife and it was very hard to get the staffs attention as there was not enough of them. Though they were very kind and helpful and good with the kids some of them looked shattered so it was a surprise to see the same staff for breakfast. The food we had was nice but massively overpriced perhaps to compensate for the free children's food.
