Sensational food and great ambiance. The wine list needs to be reviewed and a little pricy for young wine but definitely worth the eating experience!

I was so disappointed with the service at this restaurant after forgetting our drinks order We were given entrees without our drinks, and charged an extra $20 for tap water The restaurant ran out of a main dish which we order 3 of and we had to choose something else. This was one of their main signature dishes and we couldn’t order it We were not given bread and had to ask for it at the end of our meals On top of that we had to eat our entrees on the bread plates because we were not given the proper plates for entrees When complaining to the manger the only thing he took off the menu was the drinks that they forgot to bring us in the first place For a high class restaurant we asked 3 times for a napkin and was not given one The service was despicable and so disappointing for a restaurant where were paid a bill of $400 I had to personally get up and approach the manger because there was no staff in the restaurant I could ask to help. We were a party of 6 people and we all were very dissatisfied with the service, and the restaurant

Although the venue was busy and the wait times were a little long, the wait for our meals was definitely worth it! The staff were extremely attentive, and looked after us so well! Definitely recommend the lobster linguine 😍

One of the best dining experiences I've had. Hard to fault Onyx. Would happily dine there again. Definitely worth considering.

First time customer. Took my family out to celebrate our 16 year wedding anniversary. Was hoping to discover a local restaurant as we didn’t want to go into town, and we live 2kms away on the same road. My wife and I were very disappointed in the condiments/sauces which tasted like they were straight off a supermarket shelf, rather than made in-house by a chef. Even the deserts tasted like they were out of a retirement village. All we could taste was sugar. It was heavily processed, and straight out of a packet. Entrees were very pricey, with not real value for money. The meat was good. It was apparent after leaving, that ONYX tried hard to copy BLACK at The Star, and 6HEAD, but failed. Wont be coming back.
