   Ordered the surf and turf and the Alaskan King Crabs were extremely underwhelming. They were the size of split snow crab legs similar to what is served in a buffet. For $129, expected much more paired with the wagyu strip which was very good.

   Dirty martinis were not dirty; and $3 up charge for blue cheese stuffed olives? C'mon! Lobster bisque is excellent but served luke warm; would've like a little warmer temperature. Filet was cooked perfectly. Creamed spinach outstanding. Scallops and lobster tail melt-in-your-mouth good. Service was attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was energetic and touch on the loud side.

   2 Ribeye Steaks, one NY strip and 2 lamb were ordered at our table. Sides were flavorful and the lamb very very good. As for the steaks they were nicely cooked (rare) … I wouldn’t say mind blowing experience … $1281.00 dollars (tip included) for 5 people. ($256/per) . - restaurant basically empty -entertainer not great (singer) -service very good -cocktails very good - portions adequate

   First of all there was no bread on the table my appetizer came out when my appetizers came. They kept asking us to purchase sparkling water. The main server was not very amicable.

   One Steakhouse delivers a top-tier dining experience with a menu that impresses, particularly the ribeye steak perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, with a solid portion size that satisfies any steak lover. The lobster tail, while flavorful, felt a bit small given its $42 price tag. The street corn was a standout, bursting with flavor, and the lobster bisque was exquisite rich, creamy, and packed with seafood essence. The poke was another delightful dish, fresh and well-balanced. Overall, One Steakhouse excels in flavor and quality, though some price points may leave you wanting more in portion size. Still, it’s a great spot for a well-executed steakhouse experience.

   Ambience was spectacular. Steaks were tender and tasty. Service was impeccable. The entertainment set it over the top. Clark was singing and made the entire dinner experience one of a kind.

   Have eaten at One Steakhouse many times, and must say this is the first time i have been dissapointed. We have taken large groups of over 16, and never had a hitch in the service or the food. This time I had a small group from Montana, and thought i would treat them to what has always been excellenct food and service. This trip let us down. No bread available for bread service. The Waiter played up the Glazed Bacon, but guess what, no bacon left!! BTW, the restaurant was not that busy and it was only 7:00pm, so not a late night thing! Miraculously they found some bacon when I complained enough! Three guests ordered the Ribeye, and they delivered 2 ribeyes and 1 New York! After arguiung with us, they corrected that. One guest ordered a filet, done rare. Came well done!!! Not sure if it was an off night, but not what I have come to expect from One Steakhouse. With the number of great steakhouses in Vegas, they need to be careful as there are lots of other choices. Dont normally write negaitve reviews but was very dissapointed.

    Had reservation for 9pm. No sooner had we sat down we were told that the kitchen was closing and we needed to order. The entire experience was rushed for the level and cost of the restaurant. Ruined the dinner. Do not allow reservations so close to kitchen closing to avoid this issue.
