At One by Spork, dining transcends the ordinary — it’s an intimate culinary journey meticulously crafted by a James Beard-nominated team. Seated around a 16-person chef’s counter, guests are guided through a refined tasting menu where every element — from house-made bread and butter to garden-grown ingredients — reflects a devotion to both tradition and innovation. The experience unfolds with carefully curated beverage pairings, whether you prefer a sophisticated blend of cocktails and wine or an equally artful non-alcoholic pairing. With a singular menu, one seating, and a shared table, guests are invited to surrender to an evening of thoughtful hospitality and immersive flavors. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with dinner commencing promptly at 6:30 PM. Reservations are required, and the experience is priced at $275 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Menu is subject to change based on availability and seasonality of ingredients. Due to our extensive use of alliums, nightshades, and butter, we cannot accommodate these allergies, nor can we accommodate vegetarians, vegans, or gluten-free diets at this time.
