Olivine is Grand Wailea's oceanfront culinary destination where the natural bounty of Maui is perfectly paired with the art of coastal Italian cuisine. Dining experience was a pleasure only because of the overall ambiance (sunset,open air,attentive staff..etc) Food was unexpectedly expensive for a not so superior food on the menu. We have eaten all around Maui, chosen Olivine for our family New Year dinner as our way of support to business as locals, and must say we were dissatisfied and disappointed.

Way overpriced. We have a few dietary restrictions (dairy and gluten) and not as accomodating as other restaurants in this price range. No gluten free pasta - server said “they haven’t gotten that far yet.” I ordered fish and since I can’t have dairy it was just a baked piece of fish on top of rice. Not even seasoned. Totally get it but for the price point of this restaurant I would have expected more.

Beautiful setting though can be a bit warm depending on where you are seated. Food overpriced.

It’s was a beautiful view. The food was ok. The price is a bit expensive for the quality. It is Grand Wailea which is a beautiful resort so I guess you can up charge.

The sunset is amazing, the service is impeccable. Very nice experience. The chilled prawns and lobster pizza are definitively recommended. The rosemary bread is also great.

Great restaurant. Some of their food was not up to what we had expected especially like their pomodoro sauce. Otherwise all other items were outstanding. And service was top notch. Lovely experience.
