Olivine is Grand Wailea's oceanfront culinary destination where the natural bounty of Maui is perfectly paired with the art of coastal Italian cuisine. Named for the green mineral that produces the gemstone known as the “Hawaiian diamond,” Olivine’s rustic open-air interior incorporates the striking hues of this mineral, inviting diners to gather both day and night in an al fresco setting framed by large open windows with sweeping sky, pool, and ocean views.

Very overpriced dinner and experience. The food was subpar and not worth the high prices. $21 for a basic side dish is unacceptable when it's very basic and not very good. We've had lunch there and the prices and options were much better. I just would never recommend it for a dinner experience.

We got to the restaurant after a long day of traveling. Everything may have been better but we were tired. I do remember the waitress and wait staff was lovely!!

Lori provided the most pleasant service. The food was wonderful. Had the crispy squash blossoms. They were amazing. For dessert we had the best olive oil cake I’ve ever had. And oh, the beautiful view of the palm trees and ocean at dusk.

We got there and hostess said it we’ll be 10 minutes we went to bar she knew. Then 40mins later we asked did you forget us ? She sat us in a horrible spot. I made reservations for the window and nothing was available !
