Olivine is Grand Wailea's oceanfront culinary destination where the natural bounty of Maui is perfectly paired with the art of coastal Italian cuisine. Named for the green mineral that produces the gemstone known as the “Hawaiian diamond,” Olivine’s rustic open-air interior incorporates the striking hues of this mineral, inviting diners to gather both day and night in an al fresco setting framed by large open windows with sweeping sky, pool, and ocean views.

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful views of sunset! The chicken piccata was a wonderfully surrounded by a variety of hearty mushrooms which made for a delicious and interesting take on the original. The Lobster pizza was brilliant with infinitely more lobster than you would have assumed! Drinks are creative and delicious. Service staff is top notch and accommodating. They don’t miss a beat, while simultaneously somehow never interrupting.

Delicious dinner while we watched the sunset. I have gluten and dairy allergies and they steered me to the most delicious salmon dinner. We will definitely be back!

Our favorite restaurant we went to on our trip to Maui, and loved it so much we actually went twice! Located in the Grand Wailea poolside, from the outside it seems like your average hotel restaurant but the food is next level and service is fantastic. The menu is excellent and the sunset views are stunning. Highly recommend.

Spaghetti with pomodoro sauce and Buratta (added extra shrimp) was excellent! Chicken piccata was also good. Richard as our server and he was very knowledgeable and very attentive. We’d definitely go back. Next time we’d like to try the pizza as it looked so yummy!

Hands down the best meal we had in Maui. Great wine and cocktail selection and good service. Beautiful views. I would highly recommend.

Service was slow but friendly and costs were over the top for poor food. Pasta was clumped together and over cooked. They were out of bread. Overall a terrible experience.
